Audit Bench Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Audit Bench Supervisor who will organize and supervise a team of ROI Audit specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize daily workflow and assign tasks to Audit Bench ROI Specialists
• Provide real-time feedback and document performance issues for management
• Process medical ROI requests and maintain compliance with relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• RHIT certification preferred
• At least 4 years of medical record experience, with audit experience preferred
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations related to Protected Health Information preferred
