Job Summary
Supporting the Global Audit Coordination team, the full-time Audit Coordinator will manage the Quality & Compliance Audit Program, generate necessary documentation, and provide administrative support while collaborating with Project Managers and Sponsors.
Key responsibilities
- Take primary responsibility for Audit Coordination and related activities, ensuring adherence to best practices
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers and Sponsors regarding contract documents and project needs
- Generate and maintain audit/project reports, ensuring all documentation is in place prior to project commencement
Required qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in a customer service function and computer data entry
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Preferred: 2 years of experience in a related field or administrative role
- Preferred: Experience within the Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Industry
