Job Summary
Working remotely, the part-time Audit Coordinator will generate, review, and prepare outgoing audit letters daily while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and meeting quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Generate and review files of outgoing audit letters and monitor delivery confirmations
- Communicate and report system or workflow issues to management and respond to provider chats and emails
- Assist with additional duties to support the audit process and company-wide programs
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior healthcare experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
