Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Audit Coordinator will generate, review, and prepare outgoing audit letters daily while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and meeting quality standards.

Key responsibilities:
  • Generate and review files of outgoing audit letters and monitor delivery confirmations
  • Communicate and report system or workflow issues to management and respond to provider chats and emails
  • Assist with additional duties to support the audit process and company-wide programs
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior healthcare experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
