Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Audit Coordinator will generate and prepare outgoing audit letters, maintain tracking of correspondence, and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations while meeting productivity standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Generate, review, and prepare files of outgoing audit letters daily
  • Maintain tracking of all outgoing letters using Excel spreadsheets
  • Monitor and respond to chats and email correspondence from providers
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior healthcare experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills
