Job Summary
Working remotely, the part-time Audit Coordinator will generate and prepare outgoing audit letters, maintain tracking of correspondence, and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations while meeting productivity standards.
Key responsibilities
- Generate, review, and prepare files of outgoing audit letters daily
- Maintain tracking of all outgoing letters using Excel spreadsheets
- Monitor and respond to chats and email correspondence from providers
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior healthcare experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills
