Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Tier II Coordinator will manage inbound escalations, monitor email correspondence, and assist providers while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Key responsibilities:
  • Take escalation inbound calls from the Tier 1 Team and log each call for resolution
  • Monitor and respond to email correspondence and escalate issues to management as needed
  • Access payer systems to research refund questions and assist providers with portal usage
Required qualifications:
  • 3-6 years of high-volume customer service or call center experience
  • Previous medical claims or claim payment experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior healthcare experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
