Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Audit Coordinator II will manage inbound escalations, monitor communications, and assist with provider interactions to support the audit process.

Key responsibilities
  • Take escalation inbound calls from the Tier 1 Team and log each call for resolution
  • Monitor and respond to email correspondence and escalate issues to management as needed
  • Access payer systems to research refund questions and assist providers with portal usage
Required qualifications
  • 3-6 years of high-volume customer service or call center experience
  • Previous medical claims or claim payment experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior healthcare experience is a plus
