Job Summary
Responsible for managing audit workflows and provider communications, the remote Audit Coordinator II will make outbound collection calls, generate finding files, and assist with training and process management in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound collection calls to providers and document all call activity accurately
- Generate and submit finding files to clients in a timely manner while ensuring quality review of client letters
- Assist with onboarding new hires and facilitate training sessions to keep materials up to date
Required qualifications
- Associate degree or relevant certification is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment required
- Experience in handling incoming and outbound calls with accurate documentation of outcomes
- Revenue cycle experience, including knowledge of billing, invoicing, and collections
- At least 1 year of experience as a Claims Analyst or Claims Auditor in a managed care setting
