Audit Manager

Job Summary

Leading audit engagements for compliance, the full-time Audit Manager will manage end-to-end audit projects, evaluate control effectiveness, and provide actionable insights while collaborating with various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Auditor in Charge (AIC), planning and executing audits while coordinating with stakeholders and regulators
• Analyze audit results and documentation to synthesize findings and develop audit reports in line with policies
• Guide and mentor team members in assessing risks, executing audit tests, and communicating task statuses effectively

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of audit experience, preferably with a Big Four or G-SIB
• Understanding of Compliance Management Systems (CMS) and regulatory compliance frameworks
• Knowledge of consumer compliance requirements and applicable financial services regulations
• Strong leadership skills to drive team performance in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to apply critical thinking and data analysis throughout the audit lifecycle
