Audit Manager - Arizona Licensed

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Audit Manager - Arizona Licensed for a full-time hybrid role, who will manage and execute core Global Servicing audits, support remediation of regulatory action plans, and collaborate with teams on risk management and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Auditor in Charge on audits, managing engagements from planning to execution while coordinating with stakeholders and regulators
• Analyze audit results, synthesize findings, and develop comprehensive audit reports in accordance with internal policies
• Guide and mentor audit team members, ensuring effective communication of task status and challenges throughout the audit lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of audit experience, preferably with a Big Four or Global Systemically Important Bank (G-SIB)
• Strong understanding of auditing practices, regulatory risks, and financial industry best practices
• Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Critical thinking skills to analyze complex problems and derive data-driven conclusions
• Experience in developing actionable feedback and solutions for management on audit findings
