Job Summary
Leading risk-based audits, the full-time salaried Audit Manager - Credit and Fraud will manage audit engagements from planning to execution, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders while working onsite in New York, NY.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as Auditor in Charge (AIC) on audits, managing the end-to-end audit engagement and coordinating with various stakeholders
- Analyze audit results and documentation to evaluate effectiveness, synthesize findings, and develop audit reports
- Guide and mentor team members in assessing risks, executing audit tests, and validating corrective actions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of audit experience, preferably with a Big Four or G-SIB
- Understanding of credit and fraud risk management frameworks and associated risks in lending
- Strong project management skills to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to apply critical thinking and data analysis to solve complex problems
- Knowledge of regulations and industry best practices relevant to credit and fraud risk management
