Audit Manager - Finance

Job Summary

Leading audit engagements for the Finance sector, the full-time salaried Audit Manager - Finance will manage the end-to-end audit process, evaluate control effectiveness, and provide insights to enhance financial reporting and risk management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Auditor in Charge (AIC), managing audit projects from planning to execution while coordinating with stakeholders and regulators
• Analyze audit results and documentation, synthesizing findings to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency
• Guide team members in assessing risks and executing audit tests, providing mentorship and feedback throughout the audit lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of audit experience, preferably with a Big Four or G-SIB
• Strong understanding of financial reporting risks and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• Experience applying control theory and professional auditing practices throughout the audit lifecycle
• Familiarity with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and relevant regulatory frameworks
