Audit Manager - Global Servicing

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Audit Manager - Global Servicing for a full-time hybrid role in New York City, Phoenix, or Sandy, who will manage and execute core Global Servicing audits, support remediation of regulatory action plans, and guide a team in enhancing the control environment across the business function.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Auditor in Charge (AIC) on audits, managing the engagement end-to-end, including planning, defining objectives, and coordinating with stakeholders
• Analyze audit results, synthesize findings, and develop audit reports in accordance with internal policies and procedures
• Lead audit client meetings, guide team members in assessing risks, and provide mentorship to less experienced colleagues

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of audit experience, preferably with a Big Four or G-SIB
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for delivering actionable feedback to management
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments, utilizing project management skills
• Knowledge of regulations, risk control, and financial industry best practices
• Ability to apply critical thinking and data analysis to drive risk-based conclusions
