Audit Manager - New York

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Audit Manager - Global Servicing in a full-time hybrid role based in New York City, Phoenix, or Sandy, who will manage and execute core Global Servicing audits, support remediation of regulatory actions, and guide audit teams in evaluating control environments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Auditor in Charge (AIC) on audits, managing the audit engagement from planning to execution and coordinating with various stakeholders
• Analyze audit results and documentation to evaluate effectiveness, synthesize findings, and develop audit reports in accordance with IAG policies
• Guide team members in assessing risks, executing audit tests, and providing actionable feedback through coaching and mentorship

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of audit experience, preferably with a Big Four or Global Systemically Important Bank (G-SIB)
• Strong understanding of regulations, regulatory risks, and financial industry best practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment, utilizing project management skills
• Experience applying critical thinking and data analysis to drive risk-based conclusions
• Knowledge of professional auditing practices throughout the audit lifecycle
