Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Audit Operations (Retail Contract Compliance).

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct the Contract Compliance audit team, ensuring optimal operations and adherence to processes
  • Perform complex operational, financial, and statistical analyses to communicate results and identify performance indicators
  • Manage staff training, development, and performance reviews, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
  • CFE and CPA certifications preferred
  • 5-7+ years of related experience in an office environment with management responsibilities
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of budget and workforce planning
  • At least two years of management experience required
