Audit Operations Manager

Job Summary

Owning the success of the Always-On Audit service, the full-time remote Audit Operations Manager will manage client onboarding, serve as the escalation point for client disputes, and lead a team of Audit Advisors while shaping the audit product and improving automation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and improve the Always-On Audit service by collaborating with product and technology teams
• Build and execute a repeatable onboarding process for new clients, ensuring accurate discrepancy detection and reporting
• Lead the audit team, overseeing the quality and efficiency of their work while managing staffing during peak invoice seasons

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in parcel, freight, or transportation billing audit, including dispute management and recovery
• 5+ years of experience working with carrier invoice data and reconciling it with financial systems
• 3+ years collaborating with software or technology teams to configure audit rules and workflows
• 5+ years in a client-facing role, managing senior stakeholders and escalations
• 2+ years of experience leading a team of audit analysts or specialists
