Job Summary
Supporting Human Resources audit engagements, the contract Audit Project Manager - HR will work remotely to perform audit walkthroughs, document control designs, assess risks and controls, and conduct control effectiveness testing over a duration of 3 months.
Key responsibilities
- Perform audit walkthroughs and document control design activities
- Conduct control effectiveness testing and evaluate audit results
- Assess risks and identify control gaps across HR processes
Required qualifications
- Experience as a Senior Auditor, Audit Project Manager, or Audit Consultant
- Strong knowledge of audit methodology, documentation, and testing procedures
- Experience performing control design walkthroughs and control effectiveness testing
- Background in internal audit, risk management, or compliance
- HR audit experience strongly preferred
