Job Summary

A company is looking for an Audit Quality Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality reviews of audit documentation and reports to ensure compliance with standards
• Support team leaders in managing client requests and reviewing claim data for accuracy
• Analyze processes for improvement and communicate feedback to enhance audit operations

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in healthcare, accounting, finance, or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of related experience in healthcare is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong interest in quality review and root cause identification/resolution
• Basic understanding of the healthcare industry and relevant regulatory requirements
