Job Summary
To support benefit administration processing, the full-time remote Audit Specialist I will conduct quality audits, manage controls and reports, and maintain process documentation while collaborating with internal teams and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct weekly quality audits and communicate results to support training and development needs
- Serve as owner of controls, reports, or audits and maintain process documentation to BSC standards
- Identify process gaps and propose solutions while supporting client calls and inquiries as necessary
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
- Quality Assurance experience related to business operations or client benefits administration services
- Benefit Administration experience, preferably with COBRA administration or leave-of-absence services
- Proven intermediate Excel knowledge, including experience with Pivot tables and nested functions
- Proactive problem solver with strong critical thinking skills and adaptability to change
