Job Summary

To support the Coordination of Benefits and Data Mining teams, the full-time Audit Support Coordinator will manage daily administrative tasks, collaborate with team members, and communicate with external entities to ensure accurate data entry and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the COB & DM auditing team to support business objectives and complete task-based assignments
  • Communicate with Medicare, insurance companies, and providers to gather member eligibility information
  • Enter and maintain accurate member, group, and claim information in various systems while ensuring data confidentiality
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • 1 year of relevant experience is preferred, including entry-level candidates
  • Prior experience in an administrative support role is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
