Job Summary
To support the Coordination of Benefits and Data Mining teams, the full-time Audit Support Coordinator will manage daily administrative tasks, collaborate with team members, and communicate with external entities to ensure accurate data entry and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the COB & DM auditing team to support business objectives and complete task-based assignments
- Communicate with Medicare, insurance companies, and providers to gather member eligibility information
- Enter and maintain accurate member, group, and claim information in various systems while ensuring data confidentiality
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 1 year of relevant experience is preferred, including entry-level candidates
- Prior experience in an administrative support role is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
