Job Summary
To assist in achieving client expectations, the full-time Audit Support Coordinator will handle daily administrative tasks within the Coordination of Benefits and Data Mining departments, collaborating with team members and communicating with external entities to gather necessary information.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the COB & DM auditing team to support various task-based assignments and meet business objectives
- Communicate with Medicare, insurance companies, and providers to obtain member eligibility details
- Enter accurate member and claim information into internal systems while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 1 year of relevant experience is preferred, including entry-level candidates
- Prior experience in an administrative support role is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary
- Demonstrated ability to work well in both individual and team environments
