Auditing Services Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Auditing & Compliance Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall quantity and quality of coding production for assigned clients
• Lead and train a team of coding auditing specialists while ensuring compliance with coding guidelines
• Participate in client discovery calls and oversee quality assurance and educational delivery for client projects

Required Qualifications

• AHIMA or AAPC certification (CPC, CCS, RHIT, RHIA)
• 5+ years of coding and auditing experience, including Profee and Facility
• 2+ years of previous leadership experience
• Experience with inpatient and outpatient coding
• Ability to audit and provide education as needed
