Auditor Development Manager
Job Summary
To enhance auditor quality and performance, the full-time remote Auditor Development Manager will monitor compliance, implement training strategies, and develop performance tracking systems while collaborating with various teams to support auditor development and process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Support compliance with accreditation requirements and assist during audit processes
- Develop and implement a corporate auditor performance tracking system, including witness audits and training records
- Collaborate with program leaders to address auditor performance issues and facilitate cross-training initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in natural resources, sustainability, environmental studies, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience
- 4+ years of professional experience in environmental certification, conformity assessment, or quality assurance
- ISO training certification or willingness to complete it through SCS
- APSCA ASCA or CSCA qualification
- Complete fluency in English with advanced proficiency in professional and technical written communication
