Job Summary

A company is looking for an Expat/Repat Career Coach/Job Search Strategist.

Key Responsibilities

Establish rapport with employees and their accompanying spouse/partners, motivating them to achieve goals
Guide spouses/partners through the coaching process and assist with career development and transition issues
Coach on job search strategies, including CV/resume writing, interviewing, and negotiating

Required Qualifications

At least 7 years of experience in job search coaching
Experience with relocation and understanding of cultural practices within Australia
Ability to engage and foster positive relationships with clients
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
Coaching certificate and training are ideal
