Job Summary

To support the expansion of personal finance offerings in Australia, the part-time Australia Licensed Personal Finance Coach will be responsible for developing localized content, innovating products and services, and facilitating financial education workshops remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and localize content for the Australian market by reviewing existing materials and identifying gaps
• Innovate and create new financial products and services while leveraging technology
• Facilitate workshops, webcasts, and one-on-one meetings to guide individuals in improving their financial habits

Required qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of financial planning specific to Australia's population, including money management and retirement
• A minimum of 10 years of industry experience and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) equivalent certification preferred
• Ability to leverage technology for clear information delivery
• Experience in coaching with a focus on active listening and personalized approaches
• Initiative and flexibility to thrive in a fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
