Australian Payroll Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming technical support incidents and maintain a personal ticket queue
• Communicate proactively with customers and provide updates on ticket status
• Educate customers on product features and assist with the setup and optimization of their NetSuite systems

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience or relevant certifications
• 2+ years of hands-on Australian payroll experience
• Proven customer service experience in a client-facing role
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience working with ERP systems, with NetSuite familiarity strongly preferred
