Authentication Risk Analytics Advisor

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic analytics partner for Authentication Risk Management, the full-time remote Authentication Risk Analytics Advisor will transform authentication, fraud, and operational data into actionable insights, manage leadership reporting, and analyze trends to support decision-making across various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and advance the reporting and insights framework for Authentication Risk Management, including performance scorecards and executive business reviews
• Analyze authentication performance, fraud activity, and operational KPIs to identify emerging risks and opportunities for improvement
• Translate complex data into clear executive narratives and actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, operations, or strategy within the fintech or financial services industry, focusing on authentication channels
• Strong understanding of authentication technologies and fraud trends
• Proficiency with analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
• Ability to develop executive-level reporting and performance measurement practices
