Key Responsibilities

• Review medical documentation to determine appropriate ICD and CPT codes
• Verify insurance requirements and medical necessity criteria
• Submit and track prior authorization requests and collaborate to mitigate insurance denials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or 2 years of relevant experience
• 1 year of experience in revenue cycle, insurance verification, or financial securing
• Familiarity with insurance terminology, approval processes, and plan structures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise systems
