Key Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to authorizations, registration, and eligibility checking
• Communicate regularly with management and stakeholders regarding program-related information and issues
• Enter authorizations and registrations into the billing system and perform quality control verification

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or business is a plus
• Experience in healthcare authorization and registration processes preferred
• Proficiency in using billing systems and software
• Knowledge of insurance eligibility verification procedures
