Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Authorization Specialist will manage the registration process, financial setup of consumer insurance, and eligibility checking while ensuring timely entry of authorizations and effective communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to facilitate efficient entry of authorizations and consumer registration
  • Communicate regularly with management and staff regarding relevant program information and feedback
  • Handle all aspects of entering authorizations and registrations into the core billing system and perform quality control verification
Required qualifications
  • 2 - 3 years of clerical and previous insurance experience required
  • H.S. Diploma or GED with an Associate Degree in Business Administration preferred
  • Ability to work independently and within a group with minimal supervision
  • Proven ability to multitask in a high-paced job environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
