Job Summary

A company is looking for a Verification & Authorization Specialist - Float

Key Responsibilities:

• Submit authorization requests timely within EMR following payer and state guidelines
• Address authorization or verification-related queries and denials promptly
• Assist with training new team members and maintaining professional relationships with vendors

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with government and commercial insurance in the therapy arena preferred
• 2-3 years of previous experience in pre-auth verification
• Ability to multitask and prioritize needs to meet required timelines
• Customer service experience
• Demonstrated flexibility in responding to priorities and organizational change
