Authorized Reseller Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Authorized Reseller Specialist to join their brand protection team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process new reseller applications and maintain an audit process for compliance
• Enforce the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy and manage communications regarding authorized reseller status
• Research unauthorized product distribution and partner with teams to ensure compliance and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience may substitute for degree
• Minimum of three years of experience in intellectual property protection or compliance management
• Preferred experience in reviewing contracts and consumer goods companies
• Brand protection and/or intellectual property enforcement experience preferred
