Job Summary

Driving market expansion, the full-time Auto National Account Development Representative will generate and grow volume with National, Regional, and National Dealer group partners while providing remote customer service and training to group personnel.

Key responsibilities
  • Independently develop and maintain volume levels exceeding assigned objectives
  • Maximize penetration levels in dealer groups by tracking applications, approvals, bookings, and quality of submissions
  • Serve as a liaison between dealer groups and various departments, developing relationships through training and strategic direction
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma required; some college preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Indirect Auto Lending or a related field preferred
  • Previous customer experience required
  • Ability to effectively work with outside customers to resolve issues in line with company guidelines
  • Solid time and territory management skills
