Job Summary

Seeking a fully remote Auto Adjuster, the position will investigate and confirm facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents, determine coverage and liability, and negotiate claims within the authority limits, working on an afternoon schedule from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST.

Key Responsibilities

• Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships
• Handles investigations regarding coverage, liability, and damages for advanced auto claims
• Identifies customer needs and applies appropriate customer service skills to meet those needs

Required Qualifications

• Experience in claims handling, particularly in auto insurance
• Knowledge of insurance policies and industry practices
• Ability to evaluate and negotiate claims involving injuries
• Understanding of vehicle components and potential property damage
• Familiarity with subrogation and fraud identification processes
