Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the fully remote Auto Adjuster I or II will investigate automobile accidents, determine coverage and liability, and negotiate claims while working independently and collaboratively.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents, adjusting claims within authority limits
• Collaborate with fraud and subrogation representatives to achieve optimal outcomes for claims
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate service while managing claims from start to finish

Required qualifications

• Experience in conducting liability investigations and managing auto claims
• Intermediate understanding of insurance policies and industry practices
• Ability to recognize vehicle body parts and assess potential property damage
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong customer service skills to meet client needs effectively
