Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the fully remote Auto Adjuster with Indiana License will investigate and confirm facts of loss for basic automobile accidents, applying analytical thinking to determine coverage, liability, and damages while managing claims from review through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Applies understanding of insurance policies and handles investigations regarding auto claims with limited discretion
• Learns to review, evaluate, and negotiate basic injury claims for claims involving injuries
• Identifies customer needs and works to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills

Required Qualifications

• Active Indiana insurance adjuster license
• Experience in customer service or claims handling
• Basic understanding of insurance policies and claims processes
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
