Key Responsibilities

• Manage data entry and ensure data integrity for all applicable claims

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service and automotive experience
• Minimum of 2 years of computer experience using multiple windows and applications
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and work independently or in a team
• Experience processing time-sensitive data and making decisions based on this information
