Job Summary

A company is looking for an Auto Telephone Claims Representative I, II or Sr.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and confirms facts of loss for automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, and damages
• Partners with representatives on claims involving fraud or subrogation to achieve optimal outcomes
• Handles investigations regarding all aspects of auto claims with discretion and independence

Required Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• 2 or more years of experience in claims or a related field (Preferred)
• Intermediate understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• Bilingual English/Spanish is desired but not required
