Job Summary

A company is looking for an Auto Telephone Claims Adjuster I, II or Sr.

Key Responsibilities

• Determines subrogation or fraud potential and manages complex cases
• Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships
• Conducts investigations on all aspects of complex auto claims, exercising discretion and independence

Required Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• 3 or more years of experience in auto claims handling (preferred)
• Ability to evaluate and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims
• Understanding of vehicle body parts and potential property damage
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
