Key Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicle damage from photos and write damage repair estimates
• Negotiate settlements with repair facilities and estimate repair times for rental/loss of use
• Document claims files with notes, evaluations, and the decision-making process

Required Qualifications

• Experience in negotiating and settling claims
• Ability to investigate claims and determine reparability or total loss
• Proficiency in preparing damage estimates and locating parts
• Experience in collaborating with repair shops on estimates
• Familiarity with processing claims payments
