• Collaborate with representatives on claims involving fraud or subrogation to achieve optimal outcomes
• Handle investigations regarding all aspects of auto claims with discretion and independence

Required Qualifications

• Entry-level position, suitable for early career professionals
• Intermediate understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships
• Ability to recognize vehicle body parts and potential property damage
• Experience in customer service and identifying customer needs
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is desired but not required
