Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytical, the fully remote Auto Telephone Claims Adjuster will investigate and negotiate automobile claims, determining coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile claims by reviewing police reports, gathering witness statements, and verifying coverage
• Partner with representatives on claims involving fraud or subrogation to achieve optimal outcomes
• Handle all aspects of auto claims investigations, exercising discretion and independence within an increased level of authority

Required Qualifications

• Experience in auto insurance claims and investigations
• Intermediate understanding of insurance policies and industry standards
• Ability to recognize vehicle body parts and assess potential property damage
• Proficient in customer service skills to meet customer needs effectively
• Familiarity with subrogation and fraud identification processes
