Job Summary

Analyzing and processing low to mid-level auto commercial trucking and transportation claims, the full-time Claims Representative will manage claim files, assess damages, and ensure compliance with state deadlines in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process auto property damage and lower-level injury claims, ensuring proper documentation and coding
• Develop action plans to meet state-required contract deadlines and facilitate prompt resolution of claims
• Identify subrogation opportunities and maintain professional client relations throughout the claims process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Three years of personal or commercial line property claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Knowledge of construction basics and property estimating software experience is a plus
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements
• Ability to review and assess property damage estimates and negotiate claims effectively
