Job Summary

Seeking an Auto Claims Adjuster for a fully remote position, the candidate will investigate and confirm facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, and damages while negotiating claims within their authority during an afternoon shift from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST.

Key Responsibilities

• Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships to manage claims
• Handles investigations of advanced auto claims, exercising discretion and independence in decision-making
• Recognizes vehicle damage and identifies customer needs, providing appropriate customer service

Required Qualifications

• Experience in auto claims adjusting or related field
• Knowledge of insurance policies and industry standards
• Ability to evaluate and negotiate claims involving injuries
• Familiarity with vehicle components and potential property damage
• Strong customer service skills and ability to identify customer needs
