Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote Auto Claims Adjuster will investigate and confirm the facts of loss for basic automobile accidents, applying analytical thinking to determine coverage, liability, and damages while negotiating claims within their authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Applies a basic understanding of insurance policies and handles investigations regarding auto claims, including coverage, liability, and damages
• Reviews, evaluates, and negotiates basic injury claims when applicable
• Identifies customer needs and utilizes appropriate customer service skills to address them effectively

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in auto claims adjusting
• Strong understanding of coverage evaluations and policy language interpretation
• Ability to recognize vehicle body parts and assess potential property damage
• Familiarity with subrogation and fraud potential processes
• Willingness to work with limited discretion in decision-making
