Job Summary

Seeking detail-oriented and analytical professionals, the fully remote Auto Telephone Claims Adjuster will investigate automobile claims by reviewing police reports, gathering witness statements, verifying coverage, and determining liability while working Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm Pacific Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, and damages
• Collaborate with representatives on claims involving fraud or subrogation to achieve optimal outcomes
• Utilize customer service skills to identify and meet customer needs throughout the claims process

Required Qualifications

• Experience in auto insurance claims or a related field
• Intermediate understanding of insurance policies and industry standards
• Ability to work independently with discretion in claims investigation
• Familiarity with identifying vehicle damage and potential fraud indicators
• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm Pacific Time
