Job Summary

Analyzing and processing low to mid-level auto and transportation claims, the full-time Claims Representative, Auto will work remotely to assess damages, manage claims files, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining professional client relations.

Key responsibilities

• Process auto property damage and lower-level injury claims, ensuring proper documentation and coding
• Develop action plans to meet state-required deadlines and facilitate prompt claim resolutions
• Identify subrogation opportunities and communicate claim processing updates to relevant parties

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Secure and maintain the necessary state adjusting licenses
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements
• Knowledge of total loss processing and related state requirements preferred
• Ability to review and assess property damage estimates and negotiate claims effectively
