Auto Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

As a full-time Auto Claims Adjuster, the candidate will analyze and process low to mid-level auto and transportation claims, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process auto property damage and lower-level injury claims, assessing damage and making payments
• Develop and maintain action plans to meet state contract deadlines and facilitate prompt claim resolution
• Communicate claim actions and processing updates with insured clients, agents, and brokers as appropriate

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements
• Ability to review and assess property damage estimates and negotiate claims effectively
• Knowledge of total loss processing and state salvage forms preferred
• Secure and maintain the state adjusting licenses as required for the position
