Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Auto Claims Adjuster will manage Auto Liability Property Damage claims, including 1st and 3rd party claims, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve claims effectively
- Communicate extensively with all parties involved in the claims process to facilitate resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support claim outcomes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
- Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, GA preferred
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
