Job Summary

Analyzing and processing low to mid-level auto and transportation claims, the full-time Claims Representative, Auto will manage property damage and injury claims while ensuring compliance with state regulations and maintaining professional client relations, with opportunities for remote work available in several states.

Key responsibilities

• Process auto property damage and lower-level injury claims, ensuring proper documentation and coding
• Develop and maintain action plans to meet state-required deadlines and facilitate prompt resolutions
• Identify subrogation opportunities and communicate claim actions with insured parties, clients, and brokers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements
• Ability to review and assess property damage estimates and negotiate claims effectively
• Knowledge of total loss processing and state salvage forms preferred
• Secure and maintain state adjusting licenses as required for the position
