Auto Claims Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Auto Claims Associate to process uncomplicated auto claims and ensure proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Process uncomplicated personal and commercial line property auto claims, ensuring proper documentation and coding
• Maintain action plans to meet state-required contact deadlines and escalate issues as necessary
• Perform coverage, liability, and damage analysis on all claims assignments

Required Qualifications

• One (1) year of general office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Claims industry experience preferred
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
